EVEA acts as an intermediary between users and accommodation providers.
CFM International organizes the event, while the hotel remains solely responsible for accommodation services.
Where applicable, payments made through the Site are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment service provider.
EVEA does not store any credit card or payment information
Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy
By completing a payment, users confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, layout and structure, is protected by intellectual property laws.
CFM International trademarks, logos and visual identity are used with authorization.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use of Site content is strictly prohibited.
The Site and its content are provided “as is”.
EVEA makes no guarantee regarding:

The uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Site
